Sundance Farm Offers:
Well maintained facilities that includes heated and unheated barns with rubber matted box stalls which are cleaned daily. Facilities include heated tack rooms with clean heated restrooms onsite. Additionally, hot and cold water wash racks available all year around.
We provide large pastures with small groups for all day turnout. In summer, there is nighttime turnout for horses. Home grown hay and regular feeding schedules are part of our board offering.
Being a boarder you will have access to the following amenities: 60' x 200' indoor arena, 80' x 200' outdoor arena with jump course, Cross Country jump course, regulation Hunt course, wooded trails and field perimeters.
Horses will receive worming, farrier, and & health care programs. Additionally, you can expect to have regular farrier and vet visits that provide top quality horse care
Information:
Communication is Key. We ask that you contact Sundance Farms to see if there is any current openings or to get onto a waitlist for board if you are interested in joining the Sundance Farm Family.
Once you become part of the Sundance Family you will receive a packet of information with several forms that we ask are fully completed and signed before returning back to Kelly. This packet holds crucial information for you as an equine owner and outlines more in detail our entire equine program. Your horses care is our main priority.
Pricing:
The pricing at Sundance can adjust due to economic factors. We offer a summer and winter rate to accommodate for the fact that in summer horses are able to graze in pastures and hay usage is lower. Summer rate is considered May 1 through October 31. Sundance Farm offers different barns with stalling options from heated barns to non-heated which allows for almost all price ranges to be affordable for our clientele. There is also a reduced rate for multiple horse boarding at Sundance. If needed we do offer a stall holding fee is per month for summer departures.
All board is expected to be paid either before or on the 1st of every month. If any board is not paid on time a late fee will be charged in addition to board fee.
